Countable और uncountable nouns के advanced rules — dual-meaning nouns, quantifiers और exceptions परीक्षा और writing के लिए।

Nouns and Pronouns , Subject-Verb Agreement 7 min read

कुछ nouns अपनी countability meaning के अनुसार बदलती हैं:

I ate a chicken. (एक पूरा पक्षी — countable)
I ate chicken. (माँस — uncountable)
She bought a paper. (अखबार — countable)
She bought some paper. (material — uncountable)

यह article उन advanced rules और exceptions को cover करता है जो अच्छे English students को भी कन्फ़्यूज़ कर देती हैं — और exams में बार-बार आती हैं।

Rule box: Countability context में meaning पर निर्भर करती है। कुछ nouns हमेशा countable हैं, कुछ हमेशा uncountable, और कुछ दोनों के बीच बदलती हैं। अपने intended meaning के अनुसार articles, plurals और quantifiers चुनें।
